A well aged gouda that has been smoked before serving is hard to beat, especially with a glass of approximately 40 degree Riesling. Add some fruit pieces.... and damn.... lol

Haha I worked in the Italian gourmet section/cheese department of a big store in my area and had a pretty good relationship with the Boar's Head rep... That man was AWESOME. When he brought samples he would always make sure I got some haha
