After the cold, soak in epsom salt water. Make the water as hot as u can stand, and soak until the water gets cold. It will make a HUGE difference.

I use an analgesic and a cold cloth for a sprain with swelling. Analgesic and moist warm heat for other generalized soreness in my joints.

Frozen peas make a great ice pack. Soaking an injury in cold water with liniment or epsom salts is good too.

We work out hard WHEN we work out. We dance too, so we keep GEL PACKS (flexible ice packs) in the freezer. They really are good.
