Unfortunately, for now, that means any day I can get up & do something besides take care if the cats. Usually, it would mean filling the whole day with chores.

I have a few key tasks and many small but would be nice if they got done tasks per day. I feel it is a fruitful day when I get my key tasks finished and start on the minor tasks.

I have a list of things to do, as well as an "unwritten list" of things I try to do every day, including meditation, exercise and/or stretching, healthy eating — and having a great orgasm!.

If I complete my lists (or at least put a good effort into them), and maintain a mindful, calm and generous attitude in the process, I always feel the day has been well-spent.

Oy Vey! My back hurts just thinking about all the work I have yet to do installing all my new raised garden beds! And planting all the fruit bushes & trees! And flowers...yard work just never seems to end, it's an ongoing process, God help us all!

When I've gotten done everything I set as my goal in the morning or the day before. I usually give myself a lot of leeway for stuff coming up, so most days are successful days

At work it would mean accomplishing more than I ever thought I could. It makes me feel that I'm a valued contributing member of the team.

At home organizing a room or space so it is more efficient to how I want to use. I love rearranging things in my life, it puts a new outlook and perspective on it for me opening my mind to new possibilities.

For me, and many like me who live with a mood disorder, getting out of bed and doing the things you need to do for the day such as putting on new, clean clothing, brushing ones teeth, and going to school/work as well and working on homework is a big accomplishment.
However there are those days where i will wake up, well rested, and before my alarm goes off and am able to get things around the house done as well as doing things for myself like taking a walk or gardening and those are especially great days.

Believe me, I understand that! I have MDD stemming from a long term medical condition & just showering is, at times, beyond me. Sometimes, if I didn't have to take care of my cats, I wouldn't get out of bed except to use the bathroom. Until I experienced this, I never understood how someone could be like this! I think it's great & I applaud you for continuing your education!
