Sounds yummy. I like pepper jack cheese with jalapenos on toasted wheat.

Those all sound yummy, minus the rye. My favorite right now is a grilled panini on rosemary focaccia stuffed with sliced green apples, onion, green pepper, tomato, turkey, bacon, cheddar and mayo. Mmmm.....
