For me, looks are important to a certain extent because if I don't find them attractive, then I don't think if could work to start with. Although I love people with a great personality and they need to be able to hold a conversation

Shared interest. You can be the sexiest man alive, but if we have nothing to talk about I have little reason to stay with you aside from the obvious and I don't find that to be the most important part of a relationship.
