I wear stuff that's comfortable. I'll wear shorts and a sports bra if it's really hot. Otherwise, I wear shorts and an old t-shirt or tank top, or sweatpants or other pajama pants with a t-shirt or tank top. Nothing special. I don't really see myself wearing things like babydolls to bed.

It's cold where I live, so at night I have been sleeping in fleece pants and t-shirt just so I can turn the heat down a little and save on my energy bill!
