What do you think of wishlists outside of EF?

I love wishlists at EdenFantasys. For me, it's a fun way to keep track of the products I'm interested in.

I was on another major retailer earlier today, and realized I still have a wishlist there. I must have created it about 4 years ago; it's almost entirely parts and accessories for a bicycle I don't even have anymore! Once, I bought something from a wishlist at this retailer for a clips4sale amateur "pornstar" who'd sent me a free clip (as a reward for telling her that someone was "sharing" one of her clips for free).

What do you think of wishlists outside of Eden? Do you have one? Has anyone ever bought you anything off it? Have you ever bought someone something off their (non-Eden) wishlist?

I have an Amazon wishlist. I am on Reddit and there are groups where we randomly send each other gifts from our Amazon wishlists. Some items I have on there are pretty expensive, but those are things I am saving up for. Anyway, I have sent gifts to many people and I love it!

I love it when other sites have a wish list feature, and depending on the site, I make full use of it.
Thus far I think I've only bought stuff from my Thinkgeek and ArchieMcPhee wishlists, but I plan on raiding my wishlist on this one clothing site once I buy the antique gas mask I've been lusting after for the past three and a half years. xD

I love lists! I especially like to keep different lists of things I want in a small notebook I own.

I just got a few items in from a different website and was really disappointed in them... I need to stick with the higher quality and not be lured in by low price, you get what you pay for

I buy a bunch of stuff from Amazon and would be lost without their wishlist system. I tend to "look now, buy later," so I'm glad there's an easy way to tag the things that catch my eye, so I can go back later and read up on it. I'm happy to say the EdenFantasys wishlists serve a similar purpose.
