I would have to say white sugar and honey. It will only let us pick one so I am out LOL. Honey helps keep things soft when you use it for bakeing.

Other, it varies depending on how I want to use it. White sugar in baked goods and sprinkled on fruit. Honey on biscuits. Splenda in coffee and tea.
