What do you do when random people send you pictures of their penis?

Depends. If it is on a site where it's against the rules (violates the terms and conditions, etc) I report it. If it's on a site where nudity isn't a big deal I just delete the image and ignore it.

Never got one so I don't know however my husband is always getting pics from women and their breasts. I get pissed at some of them because of the games they are playing while most of the time I can't help but shake my head and giggle to myself. Meanwhile my husband is gagging and trying not to look.

I think this has only happened to me once actually, and it was in an email from someone that I used to be friends with.
I just ignored it really, I think going to the extreme of mocking the person would be a bit harsh but I would consider reporting it if it was on certain sites like FB where such things are frowned upon.

I have a blog that deals a lot with masturbation and sex and sex toys and other things along the line. And yes... I get lots of leaning towers of penis or penii or penes or however you want to spell them. And pictures of vaginas and other naked people.

Definitely ignore it.

Although once, I walked past a barber shop and a man had put a polaroid of his penis on the ground. I didn't know what it was until I bent down and looked at it. Depends if they're attractive or not. If it's some small, wrinkly, middle-aged penis then I just go "ew" and delete it, if it's a hot young guy then it doesn't bother me. Sadly it's rarely the latter.
