On the eve of our first ever full marathon run tomorrow, we have been doing three times a week run/jogs for the last year. On top of that, we have been doing dance lessons weekly getting ready for our daughters wedding next may. We LOVE the dancing, but the running can be a pain, sometimes (literally and figuratively)....but we do it because it IS making us skinnier.
SO...how do YOU keep fit? What exercise to you engage in that you LOVE? Which do you do that you HATE...but do anyway, since it "works" for you?
