I love to run a hot bath and listen to soothing music. A glass of wine and then a toy to top off the night always helps too!

Lately I've been swamped with work and writing, so my free time goes to working on my next story AND novel or working period. Talk about being exhausted right now. I've been having to come back and forth to EF half paying attention.
Other times, when I'm not so busy I'll spend time in the pool with the kids or we'll play volley ball, go out to eat, or something. My partner and I usually take a day each week to do something alone. We kinda did that today, but I also had a hair appt. mixed in there.
Tanning is my favorite way to "unwind." I don't know what it is, but when I'm overly stressed or have a bad case of writer's block, those 20 min. in the tanning bed make me a brand new person. Nothing clears my head like that. No idea why.
