Some Hello Kitty stuff, a body pillow (which I desperately needed), lots of books, an easel I'm taking back, money, etc. No video games this year.

My mother got me footy pajamas. FOOTY PAJAMAS! I'm 21! I don't get her sometimes. XP

Ha ha. Possibly. I'm probably not helping with liking Hello Kitty and video games, though.

Apparently, she wanted to get me a Forever Lazy (which might be even worse, in my opinion) but she wasn't going to pay that much for one. So footy pajamas it is. The pattern is cute (they're black with white and pink skulls or something) but I would never in my life actually wear it. I wore it for a second to show my boyfriend so we could have a good laugh. Lol.

the forever lazy just seems sad. specifically the "poop chute." the idea that someone is too lazy to undo their clothes to relieve themselves just seems sad.

Too much stuff, but my favorite and most unexpected gift is a ruby and diamond pendant necklace.

I ended up getting like, 3 jewelry boxes. My sister in law got me a neat one that has zippered compartments and hangs in the closet and travels really well. Then my husband's grandmother ended up giving me one that she had hanging on her wall. Then my brother in law gave me one that will sit nicely on a dresser and replace my $30 Kmart special that I've been using.

I also have a small book on how to make towel origami, and as I opened that from my sister in law, she opened up the bigger version from her parents, lol.
