I always see a bunch of white cars and black cars. Tones of red change, and then other colors (metallic brown, beige or gray) come and go in popularity. Light blue was IN in the 1970's and now you cannot find a light blue car. SO....what color do you think is IN for 2012-13 model, and which color or colors is "out"?
What color do you feel is "IN" for a new car? What color is "OUT"?

I think now, a bright purple is in. Red is popular now as well. Blue and tan seem to have gone out of fashion.

I'm a big fan of the "Dyno Blue Pearl" that Honda has. Acura, it's sister company, has a similar color called "Vortex Blue Pearl." They don't make a lot of them in those colors. I tried to get my Civic in Dyno Blue and they literally couldn't find one anywhere in the six or seven surrounding states they checked in.
Honda's version:
Acura's version:
When Acura made the RSX, it came in an even brighter blue color that was GORGEOUS.

I don't pay attention to see which ones are the 'In' and 'Out' colors, I prefer low profile colors like silver or metallic grey. I also stay away from flashy colors because I don't want cops to pick me out when I'm driving a little over the highway speed limit along with a bunch of other vehicles.

I see sooooo many white cars on the road. I'm guessing that's the most popular color. I, personally, would like a blue or green car.
