What are your favorite pancakes?

Contributor: Bignuf Bignuf
I am going to a place for breakfast this morning, with friends. I have the day off. This place has dozens of pancake types. Not sure what to get. Pecan, Chocolate? They have exotic one's like mango and passion fruit, even. What to get? Not sure.

What is your favorite pancake?

I like the ones that are made from mushed up bananas. I'm not really a pancake girl

Agreed. Go old fashioned pancakes. I do however like to mix up the toppings.

I had pecan pancakes while in Ohio at Cracker Barrel. Out of this world
good, but alas no Cracker Barrel's in California.

Super, if they are made with real blueberries. The key is to "soak" the blueberries in a sugar water mix for half an hour (same with strawberries), then rinse slightly in cold water before use. The sugar does not stay on them, but really brings out the flavor a lot.
