Sweet potato chips are one for us. Aussie bites, as well- my husband adores them.

I did not really buy snacks at costco when I would shop there. The snacks seemed to be more expensive then other stores. I would eat at the food court though. I liked their pizza and the fresh fruit frozen yogurt during the summer.
