I was only a fan of the comedic gold cain dragged along with his campaign. He will be missed. That being said, there's evidence to suggest that his supporters will go to newt. Consider that nationally Cain supporters hated Romney, his favorable/unfavorables were 33/55 amongst cain supporters, while Newt's are 73/21.

Herman Cain is literally the biggest real life troll of all time. No one should ever think for a second that his campaign was ever at any point being seriously considered by the Republican Party. I wonder what they dug up that got him to stop.
