Try to avoid anything w/ a lot of sodium (bloats) and avoid carbs late in the day. Carbs are best early to keep you going throughout the day. Don't skip meals (including breakfast). If you can't eat a full meal (if your busy) take fruit or veggies, or even a protein bar (boiled egg too) to snack on. A handful of almonds are good too.

And don't eat after 7 pm. Drink lots of water and limit your caffine to mornings. My husband is a personal trainer and I was able to lose 33 lbs. Exercise is extremely important, but really 30 min a day, 5-6 days a week is more than enough. If you have to skip a workout, try and stretch before bed. You just have to stay committed, but once you see weight coming off, it is really motivating.
Feel free to message me and I will help you as much as I can!! (Oh, weight training as important as cardio, so make sure you do both, you can alternate on for the other every day.) A good weight training workout is to go to Ava Cowan website and she has a simple routine. Anything you don't understand, I will try to help. Also YOUTUBE has great videos to walk you through certain routines. GOOD LUCK!!!

Obviously exercise and cut out the junk. I try to eat between 80 and 120 grams of protein a day, which de facto means I cut carbs to stay within my calorie limit. However, for some reason since I emphasize eating protein, not cutting out carbs, it doesn't bother me nearly as much. Weight training and cardio in combination are definitely important. As far as cardio goes, I've seen more results actually running than using any of the elliptical machines at the gym. Make sure you take measurements as well as checking the scale. Especially with weight training, sometimes you don't lose pounds, but you lose inches, which is really more important. Good Luck!
