I like walking- but if I could, I'd run. I'm pretty out of shape and can't without my heart feeling like it's about to pop.

I'd rather walk. Running and jogging can be hard on the knees and cause issues over time.

I can only sprint, really. I can't run or jog very far because of a leg injury. But I love walking long-distances especially if it involves hiking a bit.

I like jogging since walking doesn't feel like that much of a workout but running gets me too out of breath (and not in a good way).

I used to be a runner, but that was another lifetime ago and one torn ankle ago. Now, for exercise I use the bowflex, and do Jillian Micahels exercise DVDs.

I used to run. But my breasts got in the way. So I stopped. Gained some weight, my boobs got bigger.

I do a lot of walking to get to where I have to go too. I have no car so it is that or if I have to go far the bus.

I love running, but not to exercise. Only when i play sports is when I like to run. I prefer walking to get exercise in the best.

I LOVE running, but my knees are kind of messed up (just the way they're built) so I really shouldn't. I hate jogging. But I do love walking too.

jogging is the best. i walk everywear so i hate when people tell me to walk. i dont feel it is excercise unless your really out of shape and fragile. i love to jog tho it is my fav excercise but i wish i had a joggin partner.

I walk for anywhere between 4.5 hours to 9 hours a day at work. Constantly. Jogging and running is out of the question these days.

I've got a fifteen story building where I work, makes for a quick lunchtime workout it really raises the heart rate quick. Actual stairs seems to be much more strenuous than the stair climber at the gym.
