My wife and I walk 1-2x per week - the other days we do other types of exercise.

I walk everywhere. I don't see the point in wasting gas when the grocery store is a mile away.

Usually every day to the post office... though there really isn't anywhere else to walk to here. If you want to get anywhere here (like the grocery store, bank, etc), you have to drive to another town because we don't have any of that stuff here (heh, I'm surprised we have a post office...).
