You never know what the future holds for you. Despite our efforts to control things & our certainty that something will never change, we are eventually proven wrong or thwarted. What is something unexpected that has changed about you in the last few years?

I have moved into my own home, which I never expected to happen. I also never expected to have my looks change so drastically in the last two years, eek!

I didn't expect to EVER want children, nor get married again before 40. But I'm doing both ... married next year, and then start baby-making the year after.

My self-esteem. Out of puberty, I thought it wouldn't change, but it did.

@ eri86, It just doesn't seem fair that it should be so difficult, does it? I know someone else who is also struggling with this issue & I know my brother had a heck of a time, too. It's like you expect to just continue on & all they want is experience & you can't even get any! How are you supposed to combat that?!

I am finally at peace with and am learning who I have evolved into as a person with brain damage and ADD from an accident. I still get frustrated and want 'me' back--but I have really been working hard to get over it and accept the new person in my old place....

I moved my whole retail store/production shop--by myself!!! I had help for one day, glad I used that one the really heavy things!! My landlord lost his lease for the building--so I had to move into another one. I found a good one and hope this will eventually get organized again!!!!!!!

I've become more impulsive. A lot more impulsive. It's worked out well though, cuz' I've done things I wouldn't have done for most of my life and met more people this way.

Yea! I feel way more confident about my body now, where as before I was self concious but never showed it.
