Just wanted to know what your favorite sport is and team. Being from the Pittsburgh area I root for the steelers, penguins, and pirates. My favorite sport is college football and I root for UND, Go Irish!

I have been to many Steelers, Penguins, Pirates, and ND games. Nothing like going to see them in person.

Women's Flat Track Roller Derby is the only sport I watch/attend/follow.

My absolute favorite team is the Des Moines Derby Dames. I wonder why?

Steelers, Penguins, and yeah, even the Pirates! I'm not a rabid fan (they are only games, after all) but I enjoy watching and rooting.

College football (Miami Hurricanes for me, Tennessee Vols for the hubby), hockey (not the best, but I gotta go with my Florida Panthers), MMA/UFC (Rampage Jackson), and (yes, I believe it's a sport) Drum Corp International (although my favorite tends to change from year to year depending on the program).

BIG fan of the Oakland Athletics. We say "baseball's not important, but the A's are important." lol So we follow them closely every year.

I am also a fan of the REAL football, "soccer".

I am not huge on sports, but I played soccer and was a gymnast for years! Those sports, I love! I do not watch sports really though. I play a little tennis and volleyball on the weekends.

To be honest, I hate sports for the most part. I find em boring, kinda pointless, and I don't understand why people like em. THat being said, I will contradict myself by saying I love watching rugby. I think I just appreciate the raw athleticism of it, they are in amazing shape, everyone has the chance to be an important player and could get a try, and it's rough. I couldn't name one player to you, but it's great to watch and play.

I searched my question and should have just searched sports cause nothing came up but then I went back and searched sports and what do you know! There were others that posted the same question even before that person above! He didn't even check the forums. Thank you for the input!
