The mainstream media never gave a heck to report it deep enough, and the powers that be (leaders of countries, governments, wealthy supporters of these and related, the tools of the power aka police force, law enforcement, army, any groups which can be used for things what aren't for the good of the people if there is a way to use them in a corrupted way) are scared because more and more people realize that without our knowledge they shouldn't be allowed to meet secretly, without including the common people to decide about stuff...
Examples of what the "powers that be" do against you, without your permission: GMO food what makes lab critters sterile in the third generation; the drug industry making drugs which have side effects so you have to buy more of them; wars in foreign countries pulling the troops in saying it's to help foreign folks, but in practice it is to put strategical strongholds around the world for more domination, etc-etc-etc...
