I have minor OCD, so far. I have picked up a couple of rituals in the last couple of years. One example is that I have to eat soup in a certain way: vegetables, meat, broth, add cheese, 2nd form of meat (if applicable), and finally noodles. If I don't do it this way I'm bothered.
Another is that I am an edge fanatic. When setting anything down, it has to be parallel or in line with edges and corners. If it is not, I get stressed.
Am I alone? Do you guys have any rituals?
