On this date in 2001, John Tyler of Melbourne, Florida received a U.S. Patent for his invention a mouth piece to be used during oral sexual activities. The device covers the user’s teeth to “reduce the likelihood of damage and discomfort during oral sexual activities”. The mouthpiece has a slot which allows the tip of the tongue, nipple, clitoris, or penis to pass through. Source: SexPatentsTheBook.com
