On this date in 1966. Paul Lyons of Southbridge, Massachusetts received a U.S. Patent for his invention an amusement device for use during sexual intercourse. The device, which is placed around the penis, plays prerecorded music or voice messages when the user is engaged in copulation. Suggested musical selections include “The 1812 Overture”, “My Ding-A-Ling”, and “Yellow Submarine”. Source: link
