A friend of mine was recently asked to call a sex partner "Daddy". The partner, or "Daddy", says he is always called Daddy in sexual relationships and he loves it! My question is how many out there like to be called "Daddy" or like to call their partner "Daddy" and what does this do for you? Is it a turn on? What is the sexual appeal?
Do you like the term "Daddy"?

Freaks my boyfriend out, I called him it once and it felt wrong. He said that if I actually knew my father it would be 1000x more awkward because of the relationship and how can one not think of their dad when they say that?
Of course, some studies suggest that women do go for guys with some things similar to their dads. To me it's just weird...

Not a turn on for me. Just the name association makes it really weird and uncomfortable.

Definitely not a turn on. That's weird to me.

I'm not a fan of the "Daddy" term.

Starting another in depth convo about this...be on the look out for it please.

We do it sometimes. Haven't in quite a while, but it wasn't weird for us at all.
Just like some people use "baby" as a term or endearment... and it doesn't mean you think you're with a baby, nor does it make you think of your own baby (if you have one). "Daddy" is the same way. It clearly doesn't refer to one's own father, nothing of the sort.
There is a previous discussion on this topic around here somewhere, I'll see if I can drag it up for you. Might be helpful, or you at least might find it interesting!
Edit: Well, here are the results from my forum search. The thread I remembered is on there, but so are a bunch more! So instead of linking to each of them individually, I thought I'd just share this link so you can see all of them. Thought you might enjoy checking them out!

My partner tells me that he enjoys being called "daddy" but it just weirds me out too much to actually call him that.

Nope.

Nope, I don't like calling any partner daddy, and it's definitely not a turn on. I don't have a father (okay, well, I did at some point ), so that's not what icks me out about it. I just don't like it.
