Lemons are pretty great. You can squeeze them on anything to make it taste better, you can make lemonade or lemon cream pie or lemon cookies or lemon bars/squares. Sad day when my lemon tree got sick and died.

If I have to choose between apples and oranges, oranges win.

I chose apples because even though I like oranges there is not too much you can do with them in the baking field. Plus apples come in all sorts of flavors.
