I like both, but I only eat sweet potatoes in the winter months. Baked potatoes are usually a must-have if we eat steaks for dinner.

Never been much of a sweet potato fan. I ate some sweet potato fries once they were good. But otherwise give me a good ole regular potato any day, mashed, baked, smashed, cubed, roasted, grilled and all the other ways lol

ordinary potatoes dont have much in the way of nutrients, empty calories and without lots of additions, empty flavor.
