Though of course it depends on the climate (and thank gods it's pretty cool, wet and mild here), but just in general: what is the best time of the day for you to leave the cooling shades of your room, and enjoy some fresh air? ^^

Evening time because, it gets hot and humid here. In Cali, I would go out all the time.

Right when the sun is starting to rise, I like to go out and watch it. It's cooler at that time in the summer and the evil bugs aren't generally out as much.
Around the afternoon though the entire porch is bathed in bright, harsh sunlight so I'd need to put on sunscreen if I wanted to hang out outside then.
