I don't wear my class ring very often, but I've worn it a few times since high school. I think it depends tho, because some people wore their class ring like a regular ring and didn't make a big deal of it, so it doesn't seem out of place for some people. A Varsity jacket, in my opinion should be retired after college for the most part. It's cool to wear it every now and then, but you should be wearing something that isn't your high school jacket out to bars and such.

My two thumb rings I've had on since I was a freshman in high school, and my favorite pair of jeans I got when I was in high school. They're about ready to be retired tho. Granted I'm in my early 20's, but still.

I have one flannel left from my Grunge period in jr. high/high school. I think it's thinner than 2 ply TP!

I've noticed people who wear their jackets or pins or whatever from high school tend to view that time as their 'Glory Days' and haven't moved on. Class rings are an exception, since they are a piece that anyone from the class can have, not just the jocks or honors society or whatever other group.

I think the only thing I kept from my high school days was one of my Goth skirts, and that's because it's still in good condition and fits me and is just an ordinary long black skirt. I wore it to prom, too. ^_^

I wore my class ring for a few years post graduation. While it WAS a official class ring it wasn't one of the traditional 'obvious' ones...so i wore it til I had something to replace it.

Letter jacket, I didn't wear post graduation, except when I was packing during a few moves I'd put it on for a few minutes and that was that.

uhh now as for sweat shirts/sweat pants I STILL wear some of those around the house for lounge wear/pj's. being 10 years post grad, I'm surprised they haven't fallen apart.

I still have my senior shirt that we all designed together and I still have my ring and other memorabilia, but I never wear them. I do see others who still wear their class rings and stuff. It doesn't bother me really. Whatever floats your boat.

I still have and wear both t-shirts and jackets. Was waering one of the jackets last night lol, that was to keep Britt from tickleing me with a cold chain tickler though, not really wearing around...

Lol, no. I dont ever see anyone wear either. My step brother did in HS cuz he was trying to look cool, but most people didnt. It was kinda lame.

I don't think it's a problem to keep a few things, but I do think it would be strange if someone was still wearing their varsity jacket after they were out of high school. I would say the only exceptions would be maybe for a costume party or a class/team reunion. I think it's okay to wear a class ring, although I never really see anyone do it.



I never even bought a class ring because I knew I would never wear it. I guess I never had much school spirit. Pretty much all of my classmates bought class rings, I wonder if any of them wear their rings.



I went to a private school for high school and I did keep one of my uniforms. I altered it to make it sexier to roleplay in with the boyfriend.

I never got into the class memorabilia for high school. I just wasn't really excited about the school. I may consider a ring for college, though. We shall see...

I don't have a problem with people wearing that kind of stuff around.

I'm 22 and I still wear my ring. I spent $400 on that thing, I'm going to wear it until I get my college ring.

I've got my yearbooks that I look through, and a few of my high school hoodies.

I wore high school t-shirts in high school. I wore them sometimes in college because other alumni from my high school attended the same university and because both schools have the same team colors. My high school was a college prep. school so hardly anyone bothered with class rings.

I am only 21 and graduated at 17. The older people I know I never saw wear jackets outside of school (from actual sports) and few wearing rings. I think you can wear it as long as you want. You or someone else ordered and paid for it because you may have wanted it so wear it as long as you think you'll get your money worth, haha.

I wish I had kept something from high school to alter for RP now. Great idea. I think I have a under armour midriff from cheerleading.

I wore my high school ring until I got out of college. I don't know anyone who wears that stuff now but I think the cutoff should be your first job with benefits or 25. I move a lot so I don't tend to hang onto a lot of that kind of stuff but my class ring, my hs art portfolio, and yearbooks are still with me.

i know a few people who do. i feel like it's ok to wear while in college, but after that, it's time to get something new.

What I mostly see is EVERYONE in town having their graduation cap tassles still hanging from their rear view mirror in the car..I graduated in 2004..and some of my friends still have it there..SIGH.

I don't wear anything from high school lying around. No tassel, no jacket. My class ring I wore my freshman year in college, but don't wear anymore. Safely tucked away in a box. Maybe one of my future kids will take a liking to it or something.

I don't wear anything, but did have my tassel hanging from my rear viewr mirror for a long time, but it was because I had forgotten it was there. It's been 11 years since I graduated so it would be awkward if I wore anything now.

I graduated in 2007. I never had any jacket, ring, or whatever with school crap on it. I refused to participate in activities for school. I also refused to buy a class ring, never really saw a point in it. I did not even go to my own graduation, didn't want to.

I think it's ok for a few years to wear that stuff but most of the peeps from my high school put their stuff away by the time they were in mid twenties. I have saved some stuff in a box though from my high school days. But I wouldn't wear it now.
