What's the strangest thing you've done to make money?

A few years ago we were completely strapped for cash, and I came across a CNN article on strange (and legal) ways to make money.

So earlier this year (after finding a buyer early last year) I cut and sold 30 inches of hair.

I looked into medical studies but ultimately wasn't comfortable with the risks.
