So I had a little bit of extra free time, and went browsing the interwebs, and stumbled across a few articles I thought were worth sharing with people, like 6 biggest lies about food busted and 5 grocery shopping mistakes that are costing you quality and money, as well as some of the "bad" foods you should be eating and 6 healthy sounding things that really aren't. And this was while I was learning the counter stuff at the parts store on a Sunday. It was really slow. I passed the time on yahoo, lol

I'm happy to say I knew all of these. I make it a point to not believe all the hype or negativity surrounding foods and ingredients. The best thing to do is always do your research and take everything else with a grain of salt.
