I have made turkey noodle soup and turkey stuffing casserole. I have already had enough!!! Think I am going to freeze the rest.
So....what are you doing with your holiday leftovers?

I just threw my left-overs out. Had enough turkey already.

Everyone divided up the leftovers, so everyone was only sent home with enough for a couple turkey sandwiches. Good thing my mate likes turkey sandwiches because I'm turkey-ed out!

Just having it all for meals until it runs out! Nothing special here.

Eating them!

We had ham for Thanksgiving. Thankfully, two of the cats are certified Ham removal specialists.
I also shared some with my neighbors.

Already answered for the turkey in another thread (turkey stew, to be precise). The mashed potatoes was the tough one. I finally made Shepherd's Pie with it this evening, which also used up the rest of the carrots and peas.
(As for the pet portion of the thread - my dog loves ham to the point in which he knows what it is when it's spelled, too.)

Leftovers are put in tupperware and consumed over the next few days. Doesn't take long, we never make that much extra.

they lasted a few days, but are gone now.
