So, my partner and I both sleepwalk, he more so than I. I was just curious as to who else does this!

I used to when I was younger, I'd go to sleep in my bed and wake up in my mom's. I haven't done it in like, a decade and a half though. To my best knowledge, my husband doesn't either, but I'm not going to be surprised if our kids do for a while.

Neither one of us do it!

Never sleepwalked. And I don't think I'd want to be with someone who sleepwalks. I think it would get annoying.

I sit up in bed and talk, but I don't actually get out of bed. Two of my children sleep walk and have even gotten out or tried to get out of the house. Scary!

I have in the past, but it has been years. We both talk in our sleep though, which can be very entertaining!

I used to sleepwalk a lot when I was younger. It finally stopped around 16 or 17 and I don't think I've done it since then. What I DO do, though is sleep text. I guess in my sleep I'll be dreaming about texting or calling someone and I'll actually really do it, but I'm asleep.
Or, I've actually caught myself doing this: a notification on my phone will go off and I'll end up texting back or texting someone else and I'll wake up in the act of it.

I don't sleepwalk, but I do sleeptalk. I'll sit up ,eyes rolled back and have full blown conversations. I guess I hit people too.

I did as a child, I don't anymore. My mom would often wake up to find me trying to get out the front door, thinking it was the bathroom. She thought it was hilarious at the time, too bad she didn't realize it was indicative of the abuse I was receiving at the time.

I've never sleepwalked, but I do think that I used to drink water in my sleep. I never woke up to drink water, but by the morning, my glass would be almost empty.

My ex sleepwalked, sleep-talked, and sleep-sexed.
My mother used to sleepwalk, but none of us has inherited that trait, though I hum loudly in my sleep sometimes, and my sister talks.

Neither or us sleepwalk, nor have we ever.

I don't think I ever have, but I'll talk in my sleep. I also have apparently started tapping during nightmares?

I think I might have a few times when I was really young, but I haven't for a good 15 or 16 years.

my boy does. I have found him trying to pee in the closet and in the kitchen trying to feed himself. Its pretty funny sometimes. It does not happen very often, only when we have a really busy day and he does not get to bed early enough.

My dad told me of a time when I did this as a kid: I came into the living room, laid on the floor while he watched the news, talked briefly, and then went right back to bed. I haven't the faintest memory of it! Neither my partner nor I sleepwalk.

I used to sleepwalk alot more when I was a kid, but now its the occasional sleep talking or walking incident. What I do however, is sleep mumble frequently.

Dated a girl who really did the full deal. Spooky as hell. She was an RN and had her own place. I "stayed" with her a couple months, and it freaked me out...bad. She ended up going to a doctor who prescribed a type of sedative...I guess to make her sleep, sleepier, if that is the right way to think of it, and the sleepwalking stopped. They were really concerned she could do something strange, like turn on a stove or walk out an open window, while asleep.

How do you know you are having a nightmare when this happens? The brain is such an amazing thing.

...yes, till you blurt out a name that the other person gets suspicious of. I blurted out a girls name half a dozen times one night. Wife wanted to know who she was. I had NO CLUE, honestly, since I never even knew a girl by that name!!!! Must have heard it somewhere, as dreams are "the dump file" for the brain...but never did figure out where.

He sleep talks sometimes.

I did once when I was like 5. It was my first time sleeping in my own room, and I woke up under my parents bed the next day. But I do talk in my sleep all the time.

I used too when younger. I actually was caught walking around peeing on things at times, no longer the case thank god. Now as a grown up I am told I sleep talk but I deny it feverishly
