I struggled everyday to get enough sleep and fall asleep so im curious how others get a full nights rest and are refreshed for the next day.

Night owl! I sleep all morning and until noon or later. I work at night and then when I'm off work, everyone's in bed and it gives me time to do some of my own things like... EF! Lol. Or cleaning and working on some of my projects. I love the evening. I don't go to bed at the same time. Depends on the work load and what I have to do the next day. I probably won't get to bed until 6am this time because I've got a big stressful problem at my house right now
I like getting in bed by 5AM though. I always read before sleeping so sometimes I'll be up reading for an hour or two and sometimes 5 minutes and I pass out. Lol. I naturally wake up at the same time each day.
I have no idea how to help with sleeping. I go through awful spells where I'll sleep for a couple hours and that's all. It's miserable. I usually am able to sleep though and if I've had stomach problems I'll take my meds and they knock me out cold! Those help me sleep, but when I'm going through the no-sleeping spells, they'll only make me exhausted, hungry, ill and like a zombie. I HATE that. I mostly wear myself out and when bed time comes, I'm ready. Another thing, after working hard on my fitness pole, I'll crash and be out of it for hours.
