I prefer body wash and a scrubby. Body wash and a washcloth or just my hands makes me feel like I'm not clean. I need that scrub.

I got a bar soap at the farmer's market I really like the scent of, but I don't like how my skin feels afterwards. My fingers drag along my skin instead of glide.

As for "feminine wash," I've never thought to use it. I've just always used the body wash I had. My hair cleansing routine is complicated enough, I don't need even more bottles of stuff in my shower for soap. (Seriously, I have three different shampoos and four different conditioners, at least.)

I shower with body wash and a bath pouf/scrubbie.

And hand plain with the sugar scrub for my face.

A variety. A few months ago I was a shower gel only girl, but I've learned that they're hardly ever natural or safe, so I've been using only herbal bar soaps (100% organic, natural) lately and like them. I use wash cloth and sometimes just hands. For my face, I use my hands. It's hard though, not to use my nice cream moisturizing shower products, but I try to avoid them due to awful ingredients.

Body wash and a loofa because plastic poufs are actually bad for your skin. Sometimes though I make my own exfoliating bar soap that I use alone.

I actually make my own liquid soap using bar soap. It's much cheaper than buying liquid soap all the time. I use it with a regular pouf.

Mostly bodywash + boyfriend's hands ;3 But I usually use whatever I have at the moment. Sometimes I have body wash, sometimes I have those weird travel soaps. (I spend a lot of time away from home.)

I made the switch to liquid body wash a few years ago, and the bath and shower have much less soap scum these days. My skin seems to like it well enough, too; I buy a SLS-free cleanser by Live Clean; I also buy shampoo and conditioner of that brand, and my finicky skin has had no problems as a result.

That being said, I was perusing my favourite online drugstore recently and found some interesting natural bar soaps. I bought two to try, and am looking forward to them.

My shower routine involves getting in, shampooing and rinsing hair, conditioning hair, washing main body with terrycloth mitt and body wash, then using my hands for underarms and other "more contaminated" areas. I then wash my hands after. I rinse the conditioner from my hair and turn off the shower, apply a moisturizing product (currently Alba Kukui Oil, which smells amazing), then pat dry.

My skin is getting more dry and fragile every year. Maybe I overdo it?

I only bath in body wash using bar soap makes me feel yuck and like I have a film over my skin. Usually bar soap dries my skin out as well.

depends on my mood i have both but if i want that extra girly, soft, pretty smelling touch i will use the body wash. the bar is for when i'm in a hurry and just wanna get it over with
