Sex toy storage

Contributor: klyte klyte
Where do you put sex toys you tried but didn't like? Someone recently asked me for something I'd used once and to sanitize it and to pass it off to them. That may seem weird, but I didn't think much of it because I figured if it's been sanitized, why not? It was a weird question to be asked, but nonetheless, they didn't like it either and threw it out. I feel weird for throwing out things that I spent money on or was given as a gift, but if you don't like it, what's the use in keeping it? Would you ever just pass something off sanitized?

I toss the toys that just dont work or break. No need holding on to them. I want to clear out the space for some new toys.

I also toss the toys I don't like or if they broke luckly it was only one toy so far ,as far as passing them off after cleaning them I find that weird.

Toss them or stick them in our secondary storage for the stuff that doesn't get used to often.

I do one of a few things. Throw them away, put them in a box where I keep my toys I don't use, or give them to someone if they can be sterilized

I have a chest (well, two chests, two night stands, and one drawer of a dresser) that I keep my toys in. I have the chest sectioned off. Half of the chest is for unloved toys that I don't like. I hoard them and cannot bear to throw them away. I like having a lot of toys. Makes me feel warm and fuzzy. Not to mention all the money that was spent! I don't have anyone to gift them to and I'm not sure that I would if I did (I have germ issues).

I use the drawer in my bedside table for the ones I use regularly, and I also have a box under the bed in which I store the rest.

I keep my toys in my lowest dresser drawer. Since I only have about a dozen of them, storage has not yet become a problem and I haven't felt the need to throw out the disliked ones yet.

If it's a toy I really hate and know I will not ever use again (or that I haven't used or thought about using it a looong time)... then I will toss it. If it's just a toy I've grown distant from for the time being, I keep it in separate storage.

I have passed a toy off to a friend once before. It was sanitized and was not my thing, and she would use it. Made sense to give it away rather than toss it.
Some toys that I rarely use I do store separately. I am going to have to look into more storage though. The dresser drawer I use is getting full quick, and since it is so short I can't stack anything.

I have given away a couple of external type of toys. The rest I throw out.
