If I started slow it would be three times a week, moving up to once a day. I'm lucky if my boyfriend want's to have sex once a month, I'm always up for it, but he has work stress and he's terribly out of shape (not that I haven't tried to encourage him to exercise and eat right) so he doesn't feel sexy or like having sex.
