At what point is it appropriate to flag a discussion because it has been talked about endlessly before. Squirting is a great example. There are so many nearly identical threads about it. Is it acceptable to flag for this reason? How many near identical posts do you need to see before you flag? because I keep seeing identical threads just worded differently. Also I have noticed certain contributers that I dont even bother opening their threads because I know it is going to be a repeat thread or just a silly one (obviously I just skip over these, and I notice they do not get many responses)

We were told not to flag unless it is disrespectful or something along those lines. But let the administration know if they OP's are repeatedly posting the same questions different ways. Otherwise to keep the welcoming, we are to comment: Hey this has been discussed check it out here- link

If people would stop commenting on these post that are repeats, they will fade away to the bottom of the list. Instead people are answering the same questions over and over again.

Thanks for the info. I have only been here for a couple months and I am already seeing alot of repeat posts, I cannot imagine how it is for those who have been here longer.

You are asked not to flag anything, unless the statements within the post/comments are of a homophobic nature, using racial slurs or sexualizing children and animals. Those are the only reasons you should flag a post.
If you are offended by a post and none of the above has happened, then it might be best to reflect on why you are offended and offer a counter-argument in a respectful way that will encourage discussions and foster compassion for one another's points of view.

I always thought we could flag spam, since "spam" is one of the choices to click off when you flag a post?
