But I have a friend who was flipping through random photos somewhere and stumbled across one from the control room during one of the Apollo missions and even when examined closely is a dead ringer for him. He got really freaked out, and if I hadn't seen the photo on a NASA website I wouldn't have believed him either.
So I suppose in theory, it could be real, but I would think that if it was actually real, some random historian would have noticed it a long time ago. And aren't time travelers supposed to make sure they blend into their surroundings? lol
Did you just the see the post on whatever blog that featured this? The general consensus is everything the guy is wearing was generally in style for the time period; however, not all together. so he was just some guy who mish-mashed a bunch of popular trends.
how did no one notice that guy? I didnt vote, because I cant say if it is real or fake. most would assume it was fake. but we don't know if in the future time travel happens, and our time traveler decided on the style of the '90s rather than the '40s by mistake.
Are time travelers getting caught on film? Is this the mysterious 12th Doctor? proof?
I tend to agree with the law of parsimony, or Occam's Razor, that the simplest explanation is most often the correct one. I'm guessing its a photo manipulation, but I can't really prove it either way.
