I'm not surprised that there are more females than males, but I do see quite a few regular males around here.

I just did the search and most of the "male" contributors that popped up aren't even active, I think the highest rank I found was 5.4 (most of them were 0.0) or something like that. But that makes me wonder because I know the reg. guys have higher ranks than that.

Right under the tabs at the top you can sort your results, chose rank and it will put the highest ranked first.

I'm surprised the ratio is as close as it is. I really thought it was going to be a much larger gap. Although this poll obviously is only for people active on the forums and also does not differentiate if you actually review or are just an active member.

Me too, I thought for sure the gap would be a lot more.

Also consider that not everyone - even active members on the forums - participate in all polls and/or discussions.

I'm a man, and quite surprised the representation isn't even more skewed in favor of females/women. Maybe it's the post counts that are skewed much more in favor of females/women.
