I am leaning towards buying an Epson Artisan because the photo quality is supposed to be exceptional. I had a top of the line HP and Canon that died on me, after owning both for under a year...

Best luck: A random Lexmark one I got for super cheap. It's lasted for years with no trouble.
Worst luck: HP. NEVER AGAIN!

I have an Epson that I really like for pictures, and a Xerox for color laser printing that I love. Worst brand ever? Brother.
