I was wondering how many of our Eden Members do pole dancing?
I have thought of getting a pole and learning for fun as well as exercise. I think it would be fun for myself as well as a partner.

Below is a private poll with some options
I messed up my options an can't change them
The I Do- is that you already do the pole dancing.
If you don't you can choose other an explain which you are thin,thick,plus size an if you want to or not.

I do it and it's fun. I am not thin but I'm not thick. I'm kind of flat-asseted

I am on the plus size side of things and I want to get a pole an learn. I am not sure I could go into a studio to learn though since I am self conscience with my weight to a point.

I don't, I'm thin, but I'm interested in it. I have a friend who used to do it (and can't now because of a back injury), and she loved it. Looks fun.

I actually own a pole but I've never had a chance to use it due to lack of space. I probably never will since I bulged a disc in my lower back and I'm scared of making it worse.

I've had my fitness pole for a year now and I will admit -- there is not a workout or exercise product in the world that will work you out like a pole. I was a gymnast for half my life and still haven't ever felt anything like what that damn pole does to me. It's brutal, even a year later it's still slightly brutal. I love it. It is my perfect exercise. It's how I release stress too. Also, I have never been so strong in my life. That thing works my ass out!

As for body type, I'm thin, but healthy. 93 pounds and 5'2". It is very fun, but isn't very worth it unless you stick to it. But the good thing is, it's so fun and you see results about every time you use the pole that you're motivated. OR I've seen results and improvement in my strength almost every time I use it.

So I really really really want to learn how to pole dance. It's great exercise and is insanely sexy! I'm not thin but I wouldn't say I'm super thick either. I have been keeping my eye out for studios (that aren't sketchy) but haven't had any luck and poles are EXPENSIVE to get! My bf is definitely supportive of my desire to learn too :p

Also I highly advise youtubing pole dance competitions, those women are so incredible!
