Being left behind or abandoned. I have learned that this is the one motivating force in my life and it's a struggle to deal with. This is a nasty complicated fear that can taint every aspect of my life. Still, I own the struggle and it is also the greatest teaching tool I possess.

I used to say spiders but I am actually allergic to spider venom so that really isn't a phobia..there's a firm basis for my fear!
