I have brain damage (minor), crooked ribs, spleen issues and permanent tissue damage in my shoulders. I also have impact related ADHD. I am really trying to work through my frustration and rage at the whole incident, it was not my fault, I was stopped in a turn lane and was hit by a truck doing 70MPH. I ended up dead in a field about 746 yards away. I was in a small hatchback car. Or what was left of it, lol. What helped you deal with the mental issues of not being healthy?
Permanent injuries from car accident...anyone?

I don't have issues like what you have, but I do know what it's like to feel like your body isn't doing what it should be, and certainly not what you want it to. The things that helped me through that the most were joining a few online groups with people that have similar things in common, and talking about it. Truly and honestly.... without holding back. The other thing that helped is accepting the fact that you don't have to be perfect. Nobody is. We all have our own issues, whether we hide them or not.
