I would have to say running! I hate hate HATE running! I get worn out quickly and get pains in my chest. I've been that way since I was a kid. So I try to avoid it. How about you?
What part of exercise do you hate the most and avoid?

Same for me. I simply can't jog or run, I get abdominal pain within a few minutes. I believe that walking my poodle for an hour and doing my stretching every day is enough exercise for me.

walking/running for exercise gives me horrible pains in my calves. (not regular walking, mind you, but brisk aerobic walking)
Primarily I like to swim and when I have a gym membership, I like the elliptical and recumbent bikes. I love weight training too.

Anything that requires jumping up and down. I have HUGE breasts, so this is a problem even with an industrial strength sports bra.

I hate walking for exercise and prefer running to walking. Walking is just insanely boring for me.

Stairs/stairmaster is the worst for me. I remember when I was at my peak level of fitness I could run 10 miles no problem, but couldn't spend more than 5 minutes on the stairmaster without being completely worn out.

Anything that isn't cardio! I love cardio, but weight-bearing exercises aren't as much fun for me.

I have a very very very hard time with excersize as I have a couple old sports injuries and physical issues with my knees so almost all forms of exercise are painful, i have to stick to low impact activities

Just about all of it. I can't get a bra that doesn't allow my breast to move. They are Huge so they bounce all over the place and it's just painful.
