my Mistress is super picky. Not only does the toilet paper have to go over the roll but the spindle in the holder has to be facing a certain direction.

I'm not terribly picky about it really, but I definitely prefer it over.
It's just easier to reach that way, if we put it under it usually winds up getting sucked back into the holder a bit because the holder is so deep.
