Off-Brands.

Do you prefer buying the off brand or the name brand?? I personally like most of the off brands, unless the difference is minimal, say, ten cents.

It depends on the products.

With food, I prefer the name brand because some knock-offs are so different they're not even the same thing.

With electronics, depends on the no-name brand. Some are actually pretty good.

Car parts - meh, whatever's cheaper.

It really varies. I'm not afraid to try an off brand, but if it's not about as good as the name brand I'll spend the extra for the name brand. It has to be worth it.

Depends on what it is. A can of tomatoes? Off brand is fine. Flour for bread baking? Must be name brand.
