Of all the EF Forum catagories, it seems that the MOST postings, by far, are in SOCIAL. Do you mostly read the SOCIAL postings or read whatever comes up?

So...when you come to the EF Forum, do you "surf around" the headings or look at those you specifically are interested in? Or do you JUST look at the new postings on the main "screen"?

When you post, since MOST postings are in the SOCIAL area, do YOU mostly post here, and why?

I always stay on the main screen, check latest posts first, then go backwards page by page to see what I've missed.

I don't really understand your second question. Are you asking whether we choose the correct category to start a new thread, or just begin a new post in the Social area, not bothering if it's in the right category or not?

I just go to the main screen and see what's been posted latest and click on anything I'm interested in regardless of what section its coded as.

When I post, I post to the area it pertains to.

Same as the other folks have mentioned, I just check the main forum page, with the settings on "All Discussions" and "Started" set to the most time, and go backwards until I bump into something I've already read. If I want to keep up to date on that thread, I'll check the little heart to add it to my "Favorite Discussions" list.

When I post, I got through the list of categories and try to find the one that applies best to my post.

I go to my favorites discussions first, then the main page where I read the ones I am interested in and I work back from there to wherever I decide to stop, usually due to lack of time or too tired to continue.
