I recommend trying the mentor program! Your mentor will answer all your questions & can help you write quality reviews. Available mentors are here scroll down, they are on the left. I wish I had know about it early on & it's always what I recommend to newbies. I would hold off on reviewing or starting a bunch of discussions, (not counting this one), and lurk around, read reviews, check out the forum, get a feel for the place. You should definitely read the Terms of Service & the Expectations of Conduct! Here are FAQs and Review Program Guidelines And while thinking of more questions, use the forum search feature to see if it has been addressed before, so you aren't starting a bunch of duplicate posts. The search is between the sections on the forum page, or you can use the search box at the top of the page once you are in the PLAY tab of the site, (as opposed to the SHOP tab) on the top left of every page.

Spend a bit more for silicone toys, they are worth it. My wife got a lot out of the mentor program. I would suggest if you plan on writing reviews.

even if you don't have a mentor at the beginning of writing reviews, you can always get one. you just can't have more than one mentor at one time.

Also if you need specific help on something this page is good to know- link It lists the site staff members so if you need to know certain things about reviews, sexis, eden tasks, ect they are good to email.
If you have any problems with a product or errors on the site it's always good to submit a support ticket.
If you just have general questions it's always good to do a thread search before you ask because chances are you can already find your answer.
Good luck and welcome to the site!
